Bibeksheel Sajha Party splits
KATHMANDU: The Bibeksheel Sajha Party has split following the mounting dispute between two factions in the party.
A group led by leader Ujjawal Thapa split from the party, expressing its dissatisfaction with party’s political ideology.
Province Assembly member Biraj Bhakta Shrestha said that an application was filed at the Election Commission for the registration of the new party.
Out of 37-member central committee of the party, 16 members registered the application for the new party. The unification between the Bibeksheel and the Sajha Party was held just a year back.
