Bhandari challanges Gachhadar’s action at the apex court

KATHMANDU: Senior leader of the Madhesi Janadhikar Forum (Loktantrik), Sharat Singh Bhandari on Monday filed a writ petition at the Supreme Court, demanding stay order against party Chairman Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar’s plot to expel him from general member of the party till the disputes in the party were settled.

According to leader Bhandari, party Chairman Gachchhadar sought written clarification illegally by publishing a notice in the newspaper on June 1 instead of solving disputes internally. Also, the Chairman was plotting to expel him from the general member of the party, he added in the writ petition.

The writ has made defendants to party Chairman Gachchhadar, the party itself and the central discipline committee of the party. RSS
