As Raul Castro Steps Aside, a New Era for Cuba

This will happen after the country's National Assembly approves First Vice President Miguel Diaz-Canel to replace President Raul Castro This was a long-planned transition, but is unlikely to bring much immediate change to the Communist-ruled country, as VOA's Bill Gallo reports.
