All contentions in constitution will be resoled by April 17: PM

CHITWAN:  Prime Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai has said constitution would be brought with federalism. Prime Minister Dr Bhattarai who arrived at Bharatpur to attend various programmes in the district told journalists at the Bharatpur Airport that all knotty issues of the constitution writing would be resolved by April 17.


The political leaders were on serious discussion to sort out the issues of state restructuring, form of governance and electoral system, he added.


Similarly, he said the army integration would conclude before April 12 as the parties were on the headway to cooperation.


Responding to a question relating to the intra-party fighting in the UCPN-Maoist, Prime Minister Dr Bhattarai said there was no conflict on the conclusion

of peace and constitution writing process but there were differing views on how to conclude these twin tasks.


Everyone can have different views, he said. He arrived here to inaugurate the Bharatpur Hospital building. RSS
