288 new cases of COVID-19 identified today, tally reaches 1,949 in Nepal
KATHMANDU:- Two hundred and eighty eight new cases of COVID-19 were identified today itself.
Spokesperson at the Ministry of Health and Population, Dr Bikas Devkota in a regular press briefing at the ministry shared that 270 male and 18 female tested COVID-19 positive today.
This is the highest number of infections in a single day so far in the country.
With this, the number of total infected has reached 2,099. Of them, 1,949 are male while 150 are female. The COVID-19 pandemic has spread to 61 of 77 districts till today.
