120 children rescued from children’s home at Nepal’s capital city Kathmandu
KATHMANDU: At least 120 children were rescued from a children’s home at Sukedhara, Nepal’s capital city Kathmandu on Wednesday.
The children’s home named Aiswarya Baal Griha was operated by Nirmala Ghimire. According to police the children’s home did not follow the standards prescribed by government and was operated without the permission. Most of the children rescued from the children’s home are below 10 years. They are are from Humla, Jumla, Dolpa, Rasuwa and Dhading and Nuwakot. The children home had collected 35 thousands to one lakh rupees from the parents of the name of study. The children were kept in unhygienic and pathetic condition at children’s home. Some of the children are taken to hospital as they are suffering from different diseases.
