1 killed, 15 injured in Makwanpur bus accident
KATHMANDU: A person died and other 15 were injured in a bus accident in Hetauda this morning.
The bus accident took place at Hetauda sub-metropolis-19, Newarpani along the East-West Highway.
Mukesh Sharma, 58, of Ramnagar Borhawa, Sarlahi died when the bus (Na 5 Kha 2233) en route to Rautahat from Kathmandu hit the electric pole after it lost control, according to the Makawanpur District Police Office.
The injured now are receiving treatment in different hospitals of Chitwan and Makawanpur.
