PM criticizes Maoist for delaying statute drafting, peace process

N24 Correspondent, KATHMANDU- Prime Minister Jhala Nath Khanal on Saturday vented ire on his government's major coalition partners UCPN (Maoist) for delaying the statute drafting and peace process.

Speaking at the programme organised to mark the 33rd Memorial Day of Pushpa Lal Sherestha in Champadevi, Kirtipur, Khanal claimed that the internal rifts within the Maoist over statute and peace process has been delaying both process.

On the occassion he urged the Maoist to come clear on its formal stance over peace and statute drafting process by resolving internal rifts at the earliest.
