Nepali-Americans commemorate late NC leaders Krishna Prasad Bhattarai and Girija Prasad Koirala amid a special function organized in Virginia, USA.

Virginia, USA: The Virginia chapter of Nepali Janasampark Samiti commemorated founding leader of Nepali Congress K P Bhattarai and G P Koirala during a special ceremony held at the Regional Libarary.

The program was participated by Nepal’s ambassador to the USA Dr. Shankar Prasad Sharma as chief guest.

Along with Sharma other Nepal American Cooperation Association’s Sagar Kandel, BANA President Bijay Shrestha, ANA General Secretary Bijay Thapa among others.

The program concluded with various speakers elaborating on the contribution of the both leaders in nourishing democracy in Nepal.
