(Spain): The Non Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) National Coordination Council(NCC) has organized an interactive program with the objective to identify and find solutions to the problems faced by Nepali communities in spain.
The program headed by NRN-Spain President, Arjun Prasad Kafle and coordinated by General Secretary, Bishnu Rijal was attended by a huge gathering of Nepali community in spain. Bharat Khanal of Nepalese Embassy in Paris representated as the chief guest for the program for the honorable Ambassador Mohan Krishna Shrestha, who had to leave for Italy on an urgent call. Vice President, Babu Krishna Kandel inaugurated the program with his welcome speech and President of Public Relations Committee, Eakraj Giri presented the list of grievances and problems collected from the community.
Chief guest, Bharat Khanal commended on the efforts of NRNA NCC-Spain and stated that channelizing such information through NRNs has helped the Embassy in easing the process to solve and address the problems.
During the program President kafle highlighted on the activities of NRN-spain and stressed that the major objective now is to establish a Nepali Embassy in Spain and work towards implementing welfare activities in Nepal.
Other guests at the program were Mukta Gurung (Acting President,Democratic Forum), Raju Thapa (General Secretary, Magar Association, Gautam Gurung (General Secretary, Tamu Samaj), Binod Dhakal (President, Chitwan Samaj) and Jagatpal Silwal (Member, NRNA Task Force)
